Ingredients

  • 2 Very Ripe Bananas
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add eggs and mix very well.
  3. Add rest of ingredients, mix together.
  4. Bake in greased muffin tin at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
