This crunchy dill chicken salad is a staple in our home! It will store in the fridge for several days so make a big batch and use it throughout the week! If you’re running short on time or don’t feel like cooking, grab this healthy chicken salad and you will have a nutritious meal in minutes!

Slices of sweet, juicy, fall apples that are in season right now add an amazing flavor to this salad of fresh greens! Drizzled with a homemade apple cider vinegar dressing and topped with toasted nuts, this salad is the perfect side dish.


This is one of my absolute favorite dishes! It is great for a summertime meal (or anytime really)! The combination of the protein with healthy fats make it a balanced meal! Serve over gluten free nut crackers or in brown rice tortillas! I don’t have exact measurements of the ingredients, as this is a “dump together to whatever consistency that I want” type of dish!
