Inspired by an online recipe, these bites are perfect for an afternoon snack with a cup of coffee or hot tea!
They freeze well so mix up a batch (or double) and stick them in! I took these to my first ever public workshop and they were a big hit! Enjoy!
1 cup Organic Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Raw Honey
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Sliced Almonds
Warm peanut butter and honey on the stove using low heat until runny. Mix in almonds & oats. Stir until all ingredients are well coated. Add cinnamon if desired. Cool in fridge. Roll into bite-sized balls..
